Important Notice For all Patients In Relation to Coronavirus

Due to the ongoing situation with Coronavirus, we are taking measures in line with guidance shared by NHS England and Public Health Authorities to minimise risks associated with the virus. In order to protect our patients and staff, we are asking our patients to support us during this difficult time. 

Dr Bisarya & Partners Practice is open as usual to continue providing continuity of care to all of our patients. Our main objective is to protect our patients and staff and, therefore, we will be limiting face-to-face contacts with effect from 16th March 2020.To that affect, we are asking that you do not come into the Practice unless you are asked to by a GP or staff member. All patients who have a booked appointment will be contacted by a member of the team to convert your appointment to a telephone appointment. Based on your telephone appointment, the GP will decide if you need to be seen, and arrange a time for you to attend the surgery.

From today, all new requests to book an appointment will be telephone triaged by a doctor. We will not be accepting paper prescription requests at the Practice, please order repeat prescriptions by ringing the POD on 01695 588 522, or online using the My GP app. If you require online access setting up, please contact the surgery.
